Trip Highlights

Day 1: Arrival. Transfer to the hotel. Evening, welcome dinner.
You will be welcomed by one of our representatives at the airport and transfer to the hotel by private car. Today, free time to explore the city on your own or relax at hotel. Evening, detailed trip briefing and welcome dinner in one of the authentic Nepali restaurants. Overnight at Kathmandu

Day 2: Morning yoga & Meditation session (about 1.5- 2 hrs). Kathmandu walking tour. Relaxation massage therapy (1 hour).
Our morning sessions are designed to invigorate the body and calm the mind, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day. This session is carefully crafted to accommodate all skill levels from beginners to advanced practioners.

Yoga sessions: Hatha vinyasa yoga or Ashtanga vinyasa or Vinyasa flow yoga or hatha yoga (Depending the group joining)

The session will be followed by stretching and some breathing exercises with deep relaxation and guided meditation practices.

After morning session, breakfast and some time to rest. After that, guided Kathmandu walking tour(2-3 hours) through the hidden alleys of Kathmandu. End of today’s program by one hour relaxation massage therapy.

Day 3: Morning yoga session (about 1.5- 2 hrs). Visit Boudhanath & Pashupatinath Temple. Drive to Pharping (About 30-40 minutes).
Start the day with morning and yoga session. After that breakfast and some time to rest. Then guided tour to popular UNESCO heritage sites of Nepal: Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple that gives you opportunity to experience the Buddhism and Hinduism culture of Nepal. After tour, you will be transferred to beautiful hotel located in Pharping.

Yoga sessions: Hatha vinyasa yoga or Ashtanga vinyasa or Vinyasa flow yoga or hatha yoga (Depending the group joining)

The session will be followed by stretching and some breathing exercises with deep relaxation and guided meditation practices.

Day 4: Hike to Champadevi Temple. Drive back to Kathmandu.
Morning, you can do self-meditation at the quite premises of the hotel surrounded by green lush forests.
After breakfast, scenic nature hike from the resort to Champadevi situated at an altitude of 2285 m that will take about 3 hours. Back to hotel, take some rest and set your journey back to Kathmandu.

Day 5: Morning yoga session (about 1.5- 2 hrs). Sound Healing Session (1 hour). Patan Tour.
Start the day with morning and yoga session. After that breakfast and sometime to rest. Then guided tour to popular UNESCO heritage sites of Nepal – Patan. Patan is one of the best place in the Kathmandu Valley to enjoy the walk and observe artisans at work. The town is full of traditional Newari craftspeople, so you can find craftsmen doing Buddhist thangka paintings, metal statues making, all kinds of jewelry, and brass and copper crafts. Today, you will visit major attractions like Patan Durbar Square, Patan Museum, Golden temple, etc

Day 6: Departure
