Breathtaking views of Annapurna Region
Nepal is a land where monks still chant beside 2,000-year-old temples, where rivers carve through emerald valleys just waiting to be rafted, and where the Annapurna range rises so close you will swear you could reach out and touch it. Our Himalayan Heritage & Adventure Trip is built for travelers who can’t choose between culture and adrenaline because here, you don’t have to. One day you are tracing the footsteps of pilgrims through UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu; the next, you are soaring above Phewa Lake or trekking through Gurung villages tucked into the Annapurna foothills. This is not just a trip you will simply remember. It is one you will find yourself telling stories about for years to come.
Day 1: Welcome to Nepal. Trip briefing. Eveneing, welcome dinner
Step off the plane and into a country where ancient temples share skylines with snow-capped peaks. On arrival in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by our representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel, where a short trip briefing sets the stage for the adventure ahead. As evening falls, settle in with a welcome dinner and your first taste of authentic Nepali flavors , the perfect way to shake off jet lag and start dreaming about the week ahead.
Day 2: Guided UNESCO world heritage tour
Today belongs to Kathmandu’s spiritual heart. Wander the golden spires of Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas on Earth and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where prayer flags ripple in the wind and maroon-robed monks circle in quiet devotion. Then climb the stone steps of Swoyambhunath, nicknamed the “Monkey Temple,” for panoramic views over the Kathmandu Valley and a close-up look at centuries of Buddhist and Hindu heritage woven into one hillside.
Day 3: Whitewater Rafting Thrills and a Scenic Escape to Pokhara
Early morning, you will be picked up by your private vehicle and then drive to start point of the Trishuli River for a rafting adventure through Class II–III rapids, framed by terraced hillsides and rural villages. Once you are back on dry land (and thoroughly soaked), have delicious buffet lunch and then get ready hop into a private vehicle for the scenic drive to Pokhara, Nepal’s lakeside adventure capital. Upon arrival at Pokhara hotel, get ready to relax or just go to stroll around Phewa lakeside .
Day 4: Visit World Peace Stupa. Drive from Kande. Trek to Australian Camp.
Start the day at the World Peace Stupa, perched above Phewa Lake with jaw-dropping views of the Annapurna range — one of the most photographed spots in Pokhara for good reason. From there, drive to Kande and begin your first taste of Himalayan trekking with a hike up to Australian Camp, a lush viewpoint village where the mountains feel close enough to touch.
Day 5: Trek from Australian camp to Phedi. Drive to Pokhara.
Lace up your boots for a trek from Australian Camp to Phedi via Dhampus, passing through traditional Gurung villages, terraced farmland, and rhododendron forest (in season, a riot of color). It’s a taste of the Annapurna region’s famous trekking trails without committing to a multi-week expedition. After the trek, drive back into Pokhara to rest up.
Day 6: Paragliding Over Phewa Lake
This is the day adrenaline junkies book the whole trip for. Take to the skies with paragliding over Pokhara, soaring above Phewa Lake with the Annapurna range as your backdrop — routinely ranked among the world’s best paragliding spots. The afternoon is yours: take an optional boat ride on Phewa Lake, visit the lake-island Tal Barahi Temple (just a short walk from your hotel), or simply enjoy Pokhara’s laid-back lakeside cafes.
Day 7: Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Transfer to Patan
Take a scenic short flight over the Himalayas from Pokhara to Kathmandu. You will be received by our representative at Kathmandu airport and transfer to the hotel in Patan- the city of arts and architecture. The rest of the day is free — perfect for last-minute souvenir shopping or explor Patan Durbar Square which is just few minutes walking distance from your hotel or simply relaxing before your journey home.
Day 8: Departure
With memories of temples, rapids, mountains, and skydiving-level views packed away, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight (recommended 3 hours before departure) — already planning your next trip to the Himalayas.
