Day 1: Welcome to Nepal. Trip Briefing. Evening Welcome Dinner

Your Himalayan adventure begins the moment you step off the plane. As you walk through Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will be waiting in the arrival’s hall. Please look for the sign with your name, ready to greet you with a warm smile and a traditional Nepali welcome.

After you have settled into your hotel, our team will provide a detailed trip briefing covering your itinerary as well as introduce you with your trekking crew members, planned activities and important information to help you make the most of your time in Nepal.

After that, where the rest of the day is entirely yours. Take a slow walk through the buzzing lanes of Thamel, Kathmandu’s vibrant traveler’s hub — where incense drifts from temple doorways, colorful prayer flags flutter overhead, and the sounds of the city blend into something utterly alive. Or simply rest, recharge, and let the magic of Nepal find its way to you.

In the evening, a special welcome dinner hosted at one of the popular authentic Nepali Restaurant. Seated in an atmosphere rich with tradition, you’ll savour authentic Nepali flavours — warming dal bhat, fragrant curries, and seasonal vegetables — while local artists perform classical Nepali dance and music just for your group.

Day 2: Fly to Lukla . Trek from Lukla to Phakding

Your adventure begins with one of the world’s most exciting mountain flights to Lukla. As your aircraft lands on the famous hillside runway, you’ll immediately feel the excitement of being in the heart of the Himalayas.

Meet your trekking crew and begin an easy walk through charming Sherpa villages, crossing your first suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River before arriving in the peaceful village of Phakding.

Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar

Altitude: 3,440 m
Distance: 10–11 km
Walking Duration: 6–7 hours

Today’s trail follows the rushing Dudh Koshi River through pine forests and across several iconic suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Bridge.

As you climb steadily toward Namche Bazaar, you’ll catch your very first glimpse of Mount Everest on a clear day—a moment that leaves every trekker speechless.

Namche, the vibrant Sherpa capital of the Khumbu, offers cozy cafés, bakeries, gear shops, and stunning mountain views.

Day 4: Acclimatizati0n Day at Namche Bazaar

Maximum Altitude: Everest View Hotel (3,880 m)

Hiking Duration: 3–4 hours

Today is dedicated to helping your body adapt to the altitude.

Take a scenic hike to the famous Hotel Everest View, where panoramic views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Thamserku unfold before you. Visit the Sherpa Culture Museum or simply relax with a cup of coffee while watching the Himalayas.

The secret to successful trekking is simple—climb high, sleep low.

Overnight: Namche Bazaar

Day 5: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

Distance: 10 km
Walking Duration: 5–6 hours

The trail offers one of the most beautiful walks of the journey, with magnificent mountain scenery accompanying you throughout the day.

Cross rivers, walk through fragrant rhododendron forests, and climb to the spiritual heart of the Everest region—Tengboche Monastery.

If you’re fortunate, you may witness monks chanting evening prayers with Ama Dablam standing majestically behind the monastery.

Overnight: Tengboche

Day 6: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche

Altitude: 4,410 m
Distance: 11 km
Walking Duration: 5–6 hours

Leaving the forests behind, the landscape gradually transforms into a dramatic alpine wilderness.

Pass traditional Sherpa settlements, cross icy streams, and admire breathtaking views of Ama Dablam, Island Peak, and surrounding snow-capped giants before reaching Dingboche.

The fresh mountain air and open valleys remind you that you’re entering true high-altitude country.

Overnight: Dingboche

Day 7 : Acclimatizati0n Day at Dingboche

Maximum Altitude: Nangkartshang Peak (Approx. 5,000 m)

Distance: 5 km
Walking Duration: 3–4 hours

Another important acclimatization day.

A rewarding hike to Nangkartshang Hill offers spectacular panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and the Imja Valley.

Return to Dingboche for a relaxing afternoon.

Overnight: Dingboche

Day 8: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche

Altitude: 4,910 m
Distance: 8 km
Walking Duration: 5–6 hours

Today’s walk becomes more reflective.

Visit the memorial site dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest before following the Khumbu Glacier toward Lobuche.

Every step now brings you closer to your lifelong dream.

Overnight: Lobuche

Day 9: Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep

Altitude: Everest Base Camp (5,364 m)

Distance: 15 km
Walking Duration: 7–8 hours

Today is the day you’ve been waiting for.

Walk beside the spectacular Khumbu Glacier to Gorakshep before continuing to Everest Base Camp itself.

Standing beneath the towering Khumbu Icefall is an emotional experience. Every photograph tells only part of the story—the real reward is simply being there.

Celebrate your achievement before returning to Gorakshep.

Overnight: Gorakshep

 Day  10: Sunrise at Kala Patthar, Trek to Pheriche

Highest Altitude: Kala Patthar (5,545 m)
Overnight Altitude: Pheriche (4,240 m)

Distance: 13–14 km
Walking Duration: 7–8 hours

Rise before dawn for the unforgettable climb to Kala Patthar.

As the first golden rays of sunlight illuminate Mount Everest, Nuptse, and Pumori, you’ll witness one of the most iconic mountain panoramas on Earth.

After descending to Gorakshep for breakfast, continue trekking downhill through Lobuche to the peaceful village of Pheriche.

Overnight: Pheriche

Day 11: Helicopter from Pheriche to Kathmandu

After breakfast, board your helicopter for an unforgettable flight back to Kathmandu.

As the helicopter lifts above the Khumbu Valley, you’ll enjoy spectacular aerial views of Everest, Ama Dablam, glaciers, turquoise rivers, Sherpa villages, and dramatic Himalayan landscapes—a perfect finale to your adventure.

Within a short time, you’ll arrive back in Kathmandu, where a comfortable hotel and a hot shower await.

Day 12: Leisure Day in Kathmandu

Enjoy a relaxed day exploring Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, shopping for souvenirs, visiting local cafés, or simply reflecting on your incredible Himalayan journey.

Day 13: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu International Airport for your onward flight.
