Rowling valley is situated at North east part of Nepal that lacks nothing in terms of natural beauty. The valley is located between the Everest and Langtang region. The trek is one of the seven hidden valleys in the Himalayas that passes through beautiful Sherpa and Tamang villages. Rowling is the east – west valley below Gauri Shanker(7145m) just south of Tibet border all along the trail. Thus, the trekkers can have a great view of Mt. Gauri Shanker including Mt. Dorje Lakpa and Mt. Tashi Lapcha. The Rolwaling Valley Trek also offers traditional culture of Sherpa/Tamang, their lifestyle, different villages, green natural forest and rhododendron forest.

Arrival in Kathmandu :
Transfer to hotel facilitated with 24 hrs running hot water with attached bathroom. Our Airport representative will be at the airport to receive you on your arrival with Himalayan Namobuddha Travel and Treks Banner. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley :
The day we would explore the Kathmandu valley probably to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swyambhunath and the places you would like to visit would be managed by Himalayan Namobuddha Travel And Trek Pvt. Ltd. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Drive to Barabhise from Kathmandu :
Today, the first day of our trek, we’ll drive along the Arniko Highway to Barabise. Enjoying the natural beauty of hills we’ll reach Barabise. Overnight in Barabhise.
Barabise to Kabre :
We’ll start our trek from Barabise and climb behind the town of Barabise through rice and mustard fields. We’ll reach a ridge with beautiful views down the Sunkoshi. Overnight in Kabre.
Kabre to Dolongsa :
We’ll climb through small settlements and rhododendron forest on the way. Enjoying the view of hills and wild birds we’ll reach Dolongsa. Overnight in Dolongsa.
Dolongsa to Bigu Gompa :
We’ll have steep climb towards the pass from where we’ll have view of different peaks including Mt. Everest. Then we’ll descend our way towards Bigu Gompa. Overnight in Bigu Gompa.
Bigu Gompa to Chilangka :
We’ll descend our way through Bigu Gompa towards Samling Khola. The trail continues to observe exotic flora on the way and starts to climb to Chilangka. Overnight in Chilangka.
Chilangka to Kulong :
Our trail continues heading toward Kulong. Our up and down path leads us toward Kulog. We’ll have a magnificent view of Gaurishankar Himal on the way. Overnight in Kulong.
Kulong to Shalu :
Today we’ll have easy walk down to Bhotekoshi and then to Jagal village. Our easy walk upstream will lead us to Shalu. Overnight in Shalu.
Shalu to Simigaon :
We’ll walk along the river until we cross Bhote Koshi. Then we’ll have a very steep climb to Simigaon and climb up to Gompa. Overnight in Simigaon.
Simigaon to Forest Camp :
We’ll enter a beautiful mixed forest of different vegetation including rhododendron as we climb higher. The trail descends for some period and reaches forest climate. Overnight in forest Camp.
Day 12 / Day 13.
Forest camp to Beding :
The day, we’ll start our trek climbing through forest before entering the more open Rolwaling valley at Ramdung and Bheding. We’ll found largest and beautiful settlement in the Rolwaling valley. We’ll explore the valley on both days. Overnight in Bheding.
Day 12 / Day 13.
Forest camp to Beding :

Beding to Na :
After exploring the village our trail continue upwards along the valley through rhododendron forest to the summer settlements of Na. Overnight in Na.
Na to Forest Camp :
We’ll retrace our way back to Forest Camp with beautiful scenario of villages on the way. Overnight in Forest Camp.
Forest camp to Chetchet :
We’ll take a different route towards Chetchet and reaches Simigoaun. Then, our steep descent down would take us to Bhotekoshi River. Overnight in Chetchet.
Chetchet to Chetre :
Passing through intresting villages on the way we’ll reach chetre after having 6 hours trek. Overnight in Chetre.
Chetre to Dolakha :
After passing through different village and forest we’ll reach Dolakha. Our easy walk would take us to Dolakha. Overnight in Dolakha.
Dolakha to Charikot :
From Dolakha we’ll have a steep climb towards Charikot. The day would be the last day our trek. Overnight in Charikot.
Charikot to Kathmandu :
We’ll drive back to Kathmandu as we are informed by our guide. About 6 hours journey, we’ll reach Kathmandu. After reaching to Kathmandu, we can buy some gifts for relatives and friends or can take relax on a hotel. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Final Departure. :
The last day in Nepal, at 3 hours before scheduled flight we’ll be taken up to airport by office representative of Himalayan Namobuddha Travel And Trek. It’s time to bid Nepal farewell visit and appreciate your visit to our country Nepal. And the trek would be the great lifetime memory.
