Welcome to Nepal. At your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu, Himalayan Namobuddha Travel and Treks’ representative will be there to welcome you. The representative will help you to check in your hotel rooms. In the evening, you will be taken for welcome dinner in one of the typical Nepali restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Today, you will enjoy a guided Kathmandu tour of popular UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Nepal: Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. Today, you will get to know many interesting facts and stories about Hindu and Buddhist culture, history and the people of Nepal from your local tour guide. You can take your own time as you like at each temple to explore around and asking the questions to your tour guide (this is a private tour just for you) for spending your time in Kathmandu.
Boudhanath Stupa is one of the most popular UNESCO world heritage sites located about 11 km from the center and northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu. The stupa is massive mandala and it is one of the largest unique structure’s stupas in the world with a long history. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism.
Pashupatinath Temple is a famous and sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located on the banks of the Bagmati River, approximately 5 km north-east of Kathmandu dedicated to Shiva. You will see many Sadhu monks and the cremations taking place across the holy river of this temple.
After breakfast at hotel, you will be picked up by our local tour guide and then take you for Kathmandu Market walk (2-3 hrs). You will walk through hidden alleys of Kathmandu and get to explore many interesting places, local market and lifestyle. You will also get to know many hidden and untold stories related to Kathmandu and its people from your local guide.
After walking tour, you will join our local cooking class full of fun and flavor. This local cooking class starts with the shopping of ingredients before the actual cooking class starts. You can choose to make MOMOS (local dumplings) OR Nepali Dalbhat. Please let us know your choice.
You will get to understand the cultural significance of Nepali dishes and their traditional way of cooking techniques during the cooking class. At the end enjoy the delicious meal prepared by you.
Transfer to Kathmandu airport one hour before your flight to Pokhara. Upon arrival at Pokhara airport, you will be received by our representative and transfer to the hotel. After freshen up, free time to explore around Pokhara on your own.
You can go for an boat ride at Phewa Lake. You can also visit beautiful Barahi temple which is located at the center of Phewa lake.
After breakfast at hotel, we drive to Phedi (about 1 hour) by private vehicle from where your short trek starts.The trails leads the steeps way for an hour and then less steep climb up through the Rhododendron forest with following a stone staircase until reaching on the top of ridgein Dhampus Village. We will have our lunch and afternoon free for resting. We can have stunning view of Annapurna range including Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) as well as Dhaulagiri I. Overnight at Dhampus.
After breakfast we trek towards Landruk via Pothana and Deurali. The trek continues through fantastic rhododendron forest nesting different species of birds to the village. The small village comprise of huge beauty of mountains, friendly Gurung people, a small lake from where one can get the reflection of fishtail, temples, flowers, mustard fields, birds, and many more. Overnight at Landruk.
Today, the trail begins with a steep descent towards the Modi Khola river for about an hour, followed by a steep ascent through scattered villages to Ghandruk with stunning mountain views on the way.
Ghandruk village has one of the largest Gurung settlements in western Nepal. You can enjoy Gurung museum and explore around the surrounding village .
After breakfast, you will be picked up by our private vehicle and drive back to Pokhara that will approximately take about 2.5-3 hrs. Upon arrival at Pokhara hotel, freshen up and relax .
Rest of the day free time on your own to explore around Pokhara.
Early morning drive from Pokhara to Chitwan by private vehicle that takes approximately 5 hours. Upon arrival, you will be briefed about the jungle activities by the hotel representative.
After lunch we will go out for exploring Chitwan. In the evening we will enjoy the Tharu culture stick dance & program.
Today you will enjoy various jungle activities that is included in your package. You will go for Canoe ride in a Rapti river, you will visit Elephant breeding center where we will get opportunity to get knowledge about Elephants and their lives. Then after lunch we will enjoy the adventurous jeep Safari around jungles.
Transfer to Chitwan, Bharatpur airport one hour before your flight to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will be received by our representative and transfer to your hotel in Patan- city of fine arts & architecture.
Patan is the best place in the Kathmandu Valley to enjoy the walk and observe artisans at work. The town is full of traditional Newari craftspeople, so you can find craftsmen doing Buddhist thangka paintings, metal statues making, all kinds of jewelry, and brass and copper crafts.
Some of the best places to visit around Patan are Patan Durbar Square, Patan Museum , Golden Temple, Kumari -the living goddess of Patan, Mahaboudha temple, which are all walking distance from your hotel .
