Darjeeling And Sikkim Tour

Darjeeling known as ‘Queen of the Hills’ is a town of West Bengal in India which is located at eastern India in the foothills of the foothills of the Himalayas. Darjeeling is specially, famous for tea industry. Darjeeling is a retreat of scenic and natural beauty with its magnificent snow caped mountain peaks, dark green deep and dense forest cover, lakes, monastery and large no. of flowers.
Sikkim is located in the northeastern part of the country in the eastern Himalayas which is the smallest states in India. Sikkim has a rich in varied animal life and plants too. Black bears, brown bears, red pandas, species of dear, tiger, leopard etc can be found on national parks of Sikkim whereas different plants like oak, laurel, maple, chestnut, magnolia, alder, birch, rhododendron etc can be found. Sikkim is a small town but it would be a great experience to visit for lifetime.

Day 1:

Kathmandu – Kakarvitta
At around 3 pm we’ll take our drive from Kathmandu to Kakarvitta by bus. Overnight journeys to Kakarvitta (15 hrs).
 

Day 2:

Kakarvitta – Gangtok – Gangtok sightseeing:
At morning around at 8 am we’ll move for Gangtok. We’ll have sightseeing at Gangtok and overnight at hotel.
 

Day 3:

Gangtok- Tshangu lake- Gangtok :
After having breakfast at hotel, we’ll move to Tshangu Lake(Tsam Lake, about 2 hours journey). We’ll enjoy with Ice and Yak Riding and then back to Gangtok. Overnight in hotel.
 

Day 4:

Gangtok – Darjeeling :
Today, we’ll move forwarded toward Darjeeling with a beautiful places. 4 hrs drives from Gangtok would reach Darjeeling. Overnight in Darjeeling.
 

Day 5:

Darjeeling sightseeing :
As morning as possible we’ll walk to Tiger Hill for Sunrise view from Height. Then we’ll visit Ghoom Monastry, Bates Loop, Rock Garden, Ganga Maya Park and different other places. Overnight at Darjeeling in a hotel.
 

Day 6:

Darjeeling – Pashupatinagar – Illam :
After having breakfast we’ll drive to Illam via Pashupatinagar. We’ll explore Illam the left time and overnight in a hotel at Illam.
 

Day 7:

Illam- Kathmandu :
We’ll return back to Kathmandu by a train from Darjeeling to Gorakhpur and then to Kathmandu. Or we could drive from Illam to Kathmandu.

10 to 28 days before departure 70% of TTC.
Less than 10 days before departure 100% of TTC.
