Pokhara, a beautiful lake city and second city of Nepal is located approximately 200km west of the country’s capital, Kathmandu. Pokhara is one of the most popular tourist destination in Nepal. The major tourist attration of Pokhara are views of mountains under Annapurna Mountain Ranges including Machhapuchhre, Fewa Lake, Taal Barahi Temple, Bindhyabasini Temple Cave, World Peace Pagoda, Mahendra Cave, Sarangkot hill and many more. Manakamana is located at Gorkha district in Gandaki zone of northern central Nepal. Manakamana is renowned for Manakamana Temple which is the sacred place of Hindu Goddess Bhagwati which lies 12 km south of the Gorkha Town. The word Manakamana originates from two words ‘mana’ means heart and ‘kamana’ means wish. Thus, it is believed that the pilgrim who worship and wish at Manakamana Temple would be granted. Manakamana is also offers a spectacular views of Manaslu, Himchuli and Annapurna ranges.
Kathmandu-Bandipur- Begnas Tal-Pokhara
Early morning at around 7 am we’ll drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara via Bandipur by tourist bus. On the way we’ll have lunch and head towards Begnas lake to Pokhara. We’ll have evening dinner at Pokhara hotel and stay overnight.
Pokhara sightseeing
Today, we’ll explore Pokhara city. Early morning we’ll visit Tal Barahi Temple(Puja) with boating on Fewa Lake. Then we’ll visit to Peace Pagoda, Davis Fall, Gupteswor Cave. We’ll have lunch as per our tour schedule and started visiting Bird Cave, Mahendra Cave and Bindavasini Temple. Overnight at Pokhara in a Hotel.
Pokhara – Manakamana – drive back to Kathmandu
After Breakfast we’ll drive back to Manakamana Temple. We’ll visit the destination with Cable car. After having the great time on Manakamana we’ll drive back to Kathmandu.
